Grin's new writing showcase

Grin's new writing showcase

Voices is an evening of new writing featuring monologues from six city writers. It's a new format for Grin Productions, who say: "It is hoped that this performance-based event will become a regular feature of our calendar and provide a platform for new writing on Merseyside and in the Northwest".You'll know Grin from the likes of their established annual Queertet event and productions like horror play Tongues, which returns later this year. This Saturday (September 28), you can catch Voices at 81 Renshaw. The six pieces are Character A by Sally Fildes-Moss, Locked Room by James Wray, Ghost by Geoff Blundell, Salsa Steps Solo by Brian Wharton, I Clean for England by Alison Down and Americana by Ian D Hall. For tickets and more information, visit Grin's website.
