The ultimate comedy smackdown
If it's nearly July, then Improvageddon is upon us. Improv dueling at its sharpest, totally inspired by audience suggestions, Improvageddon, at the Unity on July 3, is a show entirely made up in front of your eyes by an ensemble of performers, creating scenes, songs and silliness like never before. Four teams enter, but who will survive this improvised battle? The audience decides who shall be crowned Improvageddon Champion 2013. But sadly, all they'll win is your undying admiration and respect, as all profits from the night go to the winning team’s choice of charity. Aren't they good? Tickets are £8 from the Unity's website. Improvageddon is one of the calendar highlights of Impropriety, who may just have recovered from the 33-and-a-half hour Wild West themed improv marathon (pictured) they performed back in April. And there's more! It's not the only big event planned in the Impropriety diary, as our fearless chums will host their own brand new BIG DAY OF FUN in the Kazimier Garden for the whole of Sunday, August 4, promising children's workshops, special performances, music and more, all for free from 12pm.
