Would you sign a contract with the Devil? Would you trust the seven deadly sins to help you? Do you think you could stand the heat?

Two "devilishly dark" new plays by award-winning up-and-coming playwrights Mary Cooper and Donna Lesley Price ask the questions we apparently "dare not" this week, in a double bill at the Unity Theatre.

In Deadly, written by the pair, Satan has tired of hell and wants a peaceful life back in heaven, but in order to do so a good deed must be done. Along comes Cynthia who signs a contract with the Devil to allow the devil to assist her in winning the love of her life, Nathan. But will all go to plan for this unlikely duo?

Then, Our Little Secret (Price) is described as a powerful documentary drama that has received critical acclaim and won a number of awards including Best Performer, (Move Through Festival 2010) Best Actress, Best Play (Leverhulme Festival 2008) and the Best of Merseyside and Deeside (All England Festival 2008).

The double bill runs this Wednesday to Friday (Sept 22 - 24) at the Unity at 7.30. For tickets and more information, see here.
