Mersey theatre company Grin Productions is pleased to announce the launch of a new writing group, Writers (Un)Blocked. Held every two weeks, Writers (Un)Blocked is a local workshop that encourages, informs and supports writers in the field of playwriting, screenwriting and prose. Workshops are practical by nature and give plenty of opportunities for writers to share their work with the rest of the group.  Kiefer Williams, who runs the group, says: "We are really excited about opening a new writers group on Merseyside. Writers will have the opportunity to submit their work for performance and rehearsed reading. The great thing about Writers (Un)Blocked is that you can be a complete novice or an experienced writer. There is something for everybody”. To find out meeting dates and times, download a full information leaflet or to simply learn more, visitwww.grinproductions.com/about/writers-unblocked. There is even the possibility that one of your plays will be chosen as Grin???s production to take to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2012… so get writing!
